Sarah Johnston
Managing Director
Sarah Johnston has spent her career in the business of people.
Her path to executive search is anything but conventional—and that perspective is her edge.
She began her career leading recruiting efforts in the retail oil and gas industry, where she scaled a college internship program. She later transitioned into healthcare recruiting for one of the nation’s largest children’s hospitals, reinforcing her belief that placing the right leader in the right role isn’t just good business—it’s meaningful work.
Over time, Sarah developed a deep understanding of how senior leaders think, communicate, and make decisions—insight that now shapes every search she leads.
Today, as Managing Director of Triangle Talent Partners, she brings that perspective to organizations navigating high-stakes hiring decisions—combining structured process, thoughtful judgment, and a highly personal approach to executive search.
